This is specifically designed for BMW and MINI cars fitted with EURO IV engines (M43CNG, M47/TU2, M57TU, M57TOP, M57TU2, M67TU) that require "Mid SAPS" lubricants with low sulphated ashes (<0.8 precentage), low phosphorus and (< 0.08 precentage), low sulphur (< 0.3 precentage). For diesel engines fitted with diesel particulate filter, specific LL-04 must be used whatever the country. Specific LL-04 is also suitable for use into diesel engines without diesel particulate filter. For gasoline engines, specific LL-04 is only recommended for use in European Union countries, Switzerland, Norway and Liechtenstein. In those countries, specific LL-04 can be used where BMW LL-01, LL-01 FE or LL-98 is required except for M3 and M5. Refer to BMW recommendation.
